Financial Donation
We purchase much of our food through Channel One Food Bank at a reduced price. The only way we are able to provide these much appreciated food items is with monetary donations from the community. Lonsdale Area Food Shelf is a registered 501 (c) 3 non profit making your donation tax deductible. Please consider donating money so our community can grow.

A food donation is also a great way to support the Lonsdale Area Food Shelf. We accept non-perishable food items. We do not accept perishable items, home-canned foods, or individual jars of baby food.
Volunteer
Volunteering your time and talent is a great way to support LAFS and help your neighbors in need. Volunteers who are in contact with clients must be ages 18 or older. Under 18 may help with non client contact projects. There are many ways you can volunteer, from working with the clients on Thursday or helping with food drives. You never know how you can help until you ask us what you can do.
